Mail Order/ Web Order:Clearly print your Order Number, Name (of the individual in whose name the order was originally placed), and full Return Address on the OUTSIDE of the package to ensure proper identification of the order. If you mail the parcel from a depot and do not include your original order information on the outside of the box, make sure to include it on the inside along with the returned products.
